3. User Responsibilities

As a client of CodeVita, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Maintain appropriate access credentials and security measures
• Cooperate with our team in a professional manner
• Respect intellectual property rights and confidentiality agreements
• Pay for services according to agreed terms and schedules

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Payment is due according to invoice terms (typically net 30 days)
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Disputed charges must be raised within 30 days of invoice date
• Services may be suspended for overdue accounts

5. Intellectual Property

CodeVita retains ownership of our methodologies, frameworks, and general knowledge. Client-specific work products and deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and projects. Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the course of the engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

CodeVita's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our recommendations are provided in good faith based on industry best practices.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable local laws. Any disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels in our jurisdiction.
